I teach 7th grade Math, Pre-Algebra, and I am the NJHS sponsor. I feel that school spirit is a fun way to bring everyone together, and show pride in our school and community. You can expect to see me dressed up for each and every pep rally or themed day we have on our campus. One Town. One Tribe. Go Indians!
I grew up on a farm in Oklahoma, where we raised cattle and horses. I was very involved in FFA in high school. I showed livestock, and earned a livestock judging scholarship to Oklahoma State University (GO POKES!). While attending OSU, I earned a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics, as well as a Masters degree in Curriculum & Instructions with an endorsement in Mathematics.
My family is very important to me. I live in Sanger with my husband (Austin), and our daughter (Avery). I have two step-sons (Hunter & Drake) who are married, and have started families of their own. We also have an adorable miniature Schnauzer (Maggie) and a new cat (Mau Mau). My family enjoys doing things outdoors like take trips in our motorhome, camping, UTV races, and of course attend OSU football games.
